The apartment is located in a lovely village in the alps. We were able to go walking and cycling in the alps most days but as we had hired a car we were able to visit local towns. Chamonix is a 30 minute drive from Les Contamines where we went on the cable car to the top of Mont Blanc to see some beautiful and amazing views. Annecy is an hours drive but well worth it. We went on a boat trip around the lake and wandered through the lovely streets. Albertville is also 1 hour drive. It has an historic part which is beautiful, and a modern area where we saw Spurs play.The holiday was brilliant with a mix of activities and days out. The apartment is very comfortable and is a good base in the centre of a lively but homely village.

The apartment at Le Chamois is extremely convenient for the skiing in Les Contamines by either car of ski bus and the shops are less than 1 minute walk away. Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful family ski holiday in a centrally located beautiful apartment bang in the centre of the village.  The ski lifts, a 2 minute drive away, whisk you up the mountains to an amazing nearly private ski area, which caters for everyone from our youngest at 4 years old to the old and wrinkly at 40.  I can't hesitate to recommend this village and apartment to help you enjoy a wonderful holiday in Les Contamines.  We have returned to this apartment 3 times and hope to use it many more times in the future.

This apartment is really home from home.  It has everything you could possibly want for a holiday.  It is modern, very comfortable with plenty of room.  It has a stunning outlook onto the mountains and is situated right in the centre of Les Contamines, a delightful village on the Mont Blanc Route, which has lots of lovely shops,amenities and wonderful scenery.  We highly recommed you come and see it for yourself.
